EMUGE FRANKEN

The company EMUGE was founded in 1920 in the town of Lauf, near Nuremberg, Germany.

EMUGE and FRANKEN companies have been serving their customers in 44 countries of the world with their advanced technology products for 88 years in thread cutting, gauge thread tolerance control, tool and workpiece holding systems, and milling, with more than 1,000 experienced staff working at the headquarters in Germany.

EMUGE and FRANKEN have focused on optimizing their production processes in order to produce solutions for their customers to save time and cost with their standard product range consisting of 110,000 different items. Chip-removing taps, rubbing (crushing) taps, threading cutters (drill combined and milling combined), threads, go/no go gauges, hobbing tools, tap holders and attachments, tool holders and workpiece holding systems are in EMUGE's product range. The company has made many innovations in the production of taps since its establishment.

In 1921, a spiral-tipped (gun nose) tap suitable for through holes was developed, the first ground tap was produced in 1927, the first skipping threading tap was produced in 1931, and a part holding system SG was developed in 1960.

The inventions and innovations of EMUGE and FRANKEN companies in thread cutting tools, holding systems and milling tools continue with increasing technology.

EMUGE FRANKEN Precision Cutting Tool Industry Limited Company, founded on May 26, 2008, has 100% EMUGE capital and is a sister company of EMUGE Germany.

We resolve the machining problems of our customers in favor of our experienced, flexible, fast and efficient sales organization. At the same time, we are able to transfer know-how (power arising from knowledge and skills) between the manufacturer and the customer. All of our activities are aimed at making the best use of production methods and aiming to save time and cost for end users.
